Tato diplomová práce se zabývá separacemi polárních látek na kapilární monolitické koloně polymethakrylátového typu, konkrétně s zwitteriontovým fukčním monomerem MEDSA, a navazuje tak na disertační práce Ing. Magdy Staňkové. Práce byla zaměřena na separaci polárních látek v systému s převracenými fázemi a v systému HILIC chromatografie, kde byla změřena retenční data vybraných skupin těchto látek …more

The aim of this thesis are separation of polar substances on the polymethacrylate type capillary monolithic column, specifically with zwitterionic functional monomer MEDSA, and follows the dissertation work of Ing.
