Abstract:

This Diploma Thesis deals with current recruitment problems in digital companies, specifically talent shortages and lack of desired skills. These issues have been documented in several recent surveys conducted by leading recruitment companies and independent organizations. This document will try to partially address those problems through Open Source software and involvement in Open Source collaboration.
