Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou finančního hospodaření obcí v kontextu rozpočtových pravidel. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá především zákonnými náležitostmi, strukturou rozpočtu a rozpočtovým procesem. Praktická část porovnává hospodaření tří obcí, především jejich příjmy, výdaje s dopadem na komfort obyvatel.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the financial management of municipalitis within application of the budget rules and formulas. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part primarily focuses on legal requirements, budget structure and the budgetary process.
