Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jakým překážkám čelí a jaké podpůrné body pomáhají ženám při dosažení nejvyšších řídících pozic ve stavebním průmyslu v Hondurasu. Práce se opírá o kvalitativní výzkum v konkrétní společnosti. Zjištění studie ukazují, že ženy čelí mnoha výzvám, ale mají k dispozici pouze několik podpůrných bodů na jejich cestě k nejvyššímu managementu. Výsledky vycházely z různých …more

The aim of this study is to determine what barriers and enablers women face in reaching top management positions in the construction industry in Honduras.
