Abstract:

Práce se zaobírá problematikou hotelového provozu se zaměřením na hotely umístěné v historických objektech. Úvodní část je zaměřena na postavení ubytovacích služeb v cestovním ruchu, v další části je charakterizován hotelový provoz, jeho management a nejdůležitější aspekty. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována praktické části, v níž je realizováno šetření zaměřené na potenciální klienty hotelů. Cílem práce bylo srovnání hotelového provozu v hotelech nových a hotelech v historických objektech. Byl použit marketingový výzkum - metoda dotazník.

Abstract:

This study deals with the issue of hotel operations, with a focus on the hotels located in historical buildings. The study is divided into the three chapters. The first part is focused on the position of hospitality service in tourism, the next section is characterized by the hotel operation, management and the most important aspects of it. The final chapter is related to the practical part. It includes an investigation of the potential hotels clients. The target of the study was to compare the operations in the new hotels and hotels in historical buildings. Questionnaire method was used in marketing research.
