Influence of tax system on economy achievement of bank institution

Abstract:

The goal of this Graduete project was to interprete the global image about evolition of the Slovak bank sector from the beginning of Slovak republic transformation to markt economy, to the present situation after the privatization The project hes been written in plane study from and is divided into seven chapters. First chapter characterizes the bank system by defining bank institution, first and second stage of the bank, central bank of Slovakia and all other types of bank. Second chapter describes the main functions of the Central bank of Slovakia, as well as all other bank institutions which oparate on Slovak finacial marke By some of them we analyse their structure more in deatail, their , consolidated balance sheet as wellas their activity in bank sector. Third chapter is dedicated to function of some comeracial bank. Fourth chapter describes the process of revitalization banks since 1993, defines the term revitalization . reasons, which led the Goverment to act in this wayas well as conseqences on bank sector in financial spahre. Fifth chapetr describes the development and structure oft the tax burden after 1993 and describes some of the facts of tax systems. Sixt chapter is decicated to bank sector after 1993 and to the most histric event radical change at the moment, what was demonopolisaion od the bank system, which base was conseqent reducing of state influence . state intervention and state monopoly in function of commercial bank. The last chapteris dedicated to proces of cosolidation and the subsequment event of improvmentan reformation of bank sector after 1998

Abstract:

Cieľom predkladanej diplomovej prace bolo podať komplexný obraz o vývoji slovenského bankového sektora od počiatku prechodu Slovenskej republiky na trhovú ekonomiku až po súčasný stav po privatizácii. Prvá kapitola charakterizuje bankovú sústavu vymedzením bankovej inštitúcie ,jednostupňovo a dvojstupňového bankového systému,ktorý je u nás v súčasnosti, centrálnej a ostatných bánk.Druhá kapitola popisuje hlavné funkcie centrálnej banky Slovenska ako aj ostatných bankových inštitúcii pôsobiacich na slovenskom finančnom trhu.Tretia kapitola je venovaná činnosti vybraných komerčných bánk pôsobiacich na slovenskom finančnom trhu.Štvrtá kapitola popisuje proces reštrukturalizácie bánk od roku 1993,aké sú jej príčiny, čo vedia vládu k takýmto opatreniam.ako aj dôsledky opatrení na bankovú sústavu. Piata kapitola vyzdvihuje do popredia vývoj a štruktúru daňovaného zaťaženia po roku 1993 a najvýznamnejšej zmene ,ku ktorej v tomto období došlo . teda de monopolizácii bankovníctva,ktorej podstatou je proces postupného zmenšovania zásahov štátu, ako štátneho monopolu do komerčných bánk. Posledná kapitola sa zaoberá procesom konsolidácie a následného ozdravenia sektoru po roku 1998
