Integration of skilled workers from postsoviet states on the labor market of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá tématem integrace kvalifikovaných pracovníků z postsovětských států v prostředí českého trhu práce. Jejím cílem je odpovědět na výzkumní otázku: „Jak probíhá integrace kvalifikovaných pracovníků s postsovětských států na pracovní trh České republiky?“ Práce je podložená teoretickými poznatky z teorie pracovní migrace i integraci cizinců. Na základě kvalitativních polostrukturovaných rozhovorů bylo zjišťováno, jaké podmínky respondenti považovali nejdůležitější pro svůj vstup na český trh práce, jak řešili připadne vzniklé problémy, jak na ně reagovali, jak probíhal proces integrace v průběhu času a jaký byl výsledek tohoto procesu. Závěr práce obsahuje odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a doporučení na usnadnění integrace kvalifikovaných pracovníků z bývalých sovětských států na českém trhu práce.

Abstract:

The work deals with the theme about integration of qualified employees from the Post Soviet countries into the Czech job market environment. The goal of the work is to answer the abstract question: “How the integration of qualified employees from the Post Soviet countries into the Czech job market?” The work is verified by the theoretical knowledge from the theory of job migration and integration of foreigners. On the base of qualitative half structural interviews were find out which conditions the respondents considered as the most important in order to get to the Czech job market, how did they solve the occurred problems, what was their reaction to the matter, how the integration process proceeded within the time and what was the result of the process. The conclusion of the work contains the answer to the main abstract question and recommendation about simplify the integration of qualified employees from the former Soviet countries in Czech job market.
