A Proposal for the More Effective Operation of a Post-harvest Seed Production-line\nl{}

Abstract:

Obsahem práce je simulace výrobní linky na posklizňovou úpravu osiv. Pro simulaci linky je použito simulačního nástroje WITNESS. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a experimentovat s modelem linky, která se co nejvíce shoduje s reálným provozem. Ve stávající posklizňové lince vyměnit staré strojové zařízení za nové. Zjisti funkčnost a dílčí úspory v provozu nově sestavené řady strojů. Na základě požadavků zástupci firmy byla navržená linka s novým strojovým vybavením. Provedeny experimenty, které předvedly změny na lince. Výsledek představil posklizňovou linku s rychlým a efektivním provozem.

Abstract:

The content of this work is a simulation of the production line for the postharvest treatment of the seed. For the simulation of the line, the simulation tool WITNESS is used. The aim of this work is to design and experiment with the model of the line, which is the most consistent with a practical service. In the current postharvest line, to exchange an old machinery device for the new one. Finally, to find out the function and individual savings in operation of newly constructed series of machines. According to the requirements of the company representatives, there was designed a line with a new machinery equipment. There were made some experiments, which had made changes on the line. As a result, the postharvest line with a fast and effective service was introduced.
