Předmětem diplomové práce „Leasing jako nástroj financování podnikové činnosti“ je analýza leasingového financování. V teoretické části je blíže charakterizován finanční a operativní leasing z hlediska práva a dopadů na ekonomiku podniku. The master thesis titled "Leasing as a tool of financing enterprise activity" deals with the analysis of financing through leasing. The theoretical part closely looks at financial and operational leasing from the point of view of law, and its impact on the corporate economy.
