Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem přijímacího řízení do služebního poměru v Celní správě České republiky. V práci je uvedeno, co je služební poměr, jak probíhá přijímací řízení do služebního poměru a jaké jsou konkrétní předpoklady, které musí uchazeč splňovat, aby mohl být přijat. V praktické části práce je za pomoci sběru a analýzy informací o předpokladech pro přijetí do služebního poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů a informací z jichž proběhlých příjímacích řízení zjištěna aktuální situace v oblasti výběru příslušníků k Celní správě ČR. V závěru práce jsou navrhnuta doporučení směřující k optimalizaci tohoto procesu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the process of recruitment procedure in the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. The thesis states what is an employment relationship, how the recruitment procedure for employment takes place and what are the specific prerequisites that the candidate must meet in order to be accepted. In the practical part of the work, the current situation in the selection of members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic is found out with the help of collection and analysis of information on preconditions for recruitment of members of security forces and information from which admission procedures took place. At the end of the work, recommendations are proposed to optimize this process.
