International Law Regulation of Cluster Munition
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou právní regulace kazetové munice a některými jejími mimoprávními aspekty. Důraz je kladen na regulaci prostřednictvím Úmluvy o zákazu použití kazetové munice. Úmluva je v práci podrobena rozboru a je hodnocena její vhodnost jako prostředku globální ochrany před kazetovou municí. V obsahu je zahrnut i vztah českého vnitrostátního práva k užívání kazetové munice.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problematics of legal regulation of cluster munitions and its non-legal aspects. Special importance is given to legal regulation by The Convention on Cluster Munitions. The Convention is analysed and evaluated. The author asks if The Convention is a reasonable legal tool to acquire world-wide protection from cluster munitions.
