Ownership of real estates in roman and modern law
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou vlastnictví nemovitostí pohledem práva římského a práva moderního. Práce je rozdělena do několika hlavních kapitol, které se dále člení. První část práce se zabývá analýzou práva římského. Ve druhé části se analyzuje úprava současná, která se zároveň porovnává v již rozebranou právní úpravou římskou.
Abstract:
The thesis describes issues with the ownership of real estates in view of roman law and modern law. The thesis is divided into several main chapters, which are further divided. The first part of the thesis analyzes wiews of the roman law. The second part analyzes the current regulation, which is also compared with the roman law.
