Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření středoškolských učitelů němčiny. V první části práce se tímto pojmem zabývám teoreticky z obecného hlediska. V dalších částech se pak věnuji syndromu vyhoření ve vztahu k pedagogickým pracovníkům. V praktické části této práce se věnuji mému průzkumu, pracuji s vyplněnými dotazníky a snažím se dopátrat příčiny syndromu vyhoření u středoškolských …more
