Terapie tmou je praktikovaná terapeutická metoda napomáhající regeneraci duševních i tělesných sil, kdy vliv pobytu v prostředí absolutní tmy má pozitivní účinky na syndrom vyhoření. Diplomová práce je složena z teoretické části a části výzkumné. Teorie pojednává o diagnostice, léčbě i prevenci syndromu vyhoření a zabývá se etiologií. Chamber REST is a practical therapeutical method aiming to regenerate mental and physical strength. Resting in total darkness has positive effects on burnout syndrome. This thesis consists of a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part describes the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of burnout syndrome, and etiology.
