Abstract:

Cílem této teoreticko ? aplikační práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem je problematika sociálního bydlení řešena na úrovní města Orlové v rámci jednotlivých skupin obyvatel a na základě zjištění stávající situace navrhnout strategii rozvoje sociálního bydlení. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na bydlení, bytovou politiku a sociální bydlení. V aplikační části je popsaná stávající situace sociálního bydlení ve městě Orlová, sociální bydlení v rámci jednotlivých skupin obyvatel a popis sociálně vyloučených lokalit ve městě Orlová. Závěrečná kapitola popisuje, na základě zjištění stávající situace, návrh rozvoje sociálního bydlení ve městě Orlová.

Abstract:

The aim of this theoretical - the application is to find out how the social housing issue resolved at the level of the city Eagles in the different groups of the population and on the basis of the findings of the current situation, propose a strategy for the development of social housing. The theoretical part is focused on housing, housing policy and social housing. The application part is described the current situation of social housing in Orlova, social housing in the different groups of the population and a description of socially excluded localities in Orlova. The final chapter describes the findings of the current situation of social housing development proposal in Orlova.
