Diplomová práca sa zaoberá procesom profesijného vzdelávania a adaptácie zamestnancov v Union poisťovni, a.s. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá vymedzením základných pojmov a procesov vo vzdelávaní a adaptácií zamestnancov podľa odbornej literatúry.
