Cílem práce je zachytit vznik a vývoj islámského práva šarí'a, kodifikace písemných pramenů práva a vznik islámských právních škol. Ve druhé části se práce bude zabývat tím, jaký dopad na diváka mají média a jak média ovlivňují vnímání reality. The aim of the theses is to capture the formation and evolution of Islamic law sharia, codification of written sources of law and origins of Islamic legal schools. In the second part of work it will be considered the media impact to the viewers and way how media influence our perception of reality.
