Alternative Forms of Family Law Disputes
Abstract:
Mediace je nejrozšířenější alternativní formou řešení rodinněprávních sporů.Je to mimosoudní řešení konfliktů. Základem je smírná komunikace mezi stranami za účasti strany třetí, nezávislé - mediátora. V zahraničí je již mediace rozšířena, u nás ji provádí jen nevládní organizace, např. Asociace mediátorů. V ČR zatím chybí právní úprava mediace.
Abstract:
Mediation is the most extended alternative form of family law disputes. It is the conciliatory comunication between parts with participation the third neutral part - the mediator. Abroad is mediation very used, in the Czech Rebublic law regulation is missing.
