The Quality of school life in primary education - the dimension of satisfaction of relationship with teacher

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou spokojenosti vztahu žáka a učitele v Montessori prostředí. Teoretická část vymezuje kvalitu života v souvislosti se vzděláním, osobnost učitele, jeho znalosti, dovednosti, profesní kompetence a jeho vztah k žákům. Popisuje osobnost žáka na 1. stupni základní školy. Dále se zaměřuje na činnosti učitele podporující dimenzi spokojenosti vztahu s žáky. Věnuje se utváření pozitivních sociálních vztahů ve třídě a sleduje spolupráci s rodiči. Praktická část poskytuje výsledky výzkumu a prezentuje informace o spokojenosti vztahu žáka a učitele v Montessori prostředí.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the theme of relationship satisfaction pupil and teacher in a Montessori environment. The theoretical part defines the quality of life in regard to education, the teacher's personality, his knowledge, skills, professional competence and its relationship with the students. Describes the personality of a pupil at the first grade of elementary school. It also focuses on supporting activities teacher satisfaction dimension relationship with pupils. He is dedicated to creating positive social relationships in class and pursues cooperation with parents. The practical part provides research results and presents information about satisfaction with the relationship of pupil and teacher in a Montessori environment.
