Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá profesí sociálního pracovníka ve věznici. Diplomová práce se standardně skládá z teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na penitenciární péči v České republice, tedy na Vězeňskou službu, diferenciaci věznic a jejich vězně a také je zaměřena na profesi sociálního pracovníka, jeho činnosti a kompetence. The topic of this master's thesis is a Profession of social worker in prison. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empiric part. The theoretical part focuses on penitentiary care in the Czech Republic, therefore on the Prison Service, the differentiation between prisons and their prisoners.
