Possibilities of interaction in hybrid learning in a higher education environment

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá interakcí učitelů a studentů v hybridní výuce ve vysokoškolském prostředí, potížemi, které ztěžují zavedení hybridní výuky, a zmapováním nejlepších způsobů interakce v hybridní výuce. Cílem výzkumu je shromáždit příklady dobré praxe, zjistit, které aktivizační metody zefektivňují hybridní výuku a zvyšují zapojení studentů. Naplnění tohoto cíle bude dosaženo pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, jehož respondenty budou učitelé oboru Informační studia a knihovnictví na Masarykově univerzitě v Brně, a kvantitativního výzkumu, kterého se zúčastní studenti téhož oboru.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the interaction of teachers and students in hybrid learning in a higher education environment, problems that make it difficult to introduce hybrid learning and mapping the best ways of interaction in hybrid learning. The aim of the research is to collect examples of good practice, to find out which activation methods make hybrid learning more effective and increase student engagement. The fulfillment of this goal will be achieved with the help of qualitative research, the respondents of which will be teachers of the field of Information Studies and Librarianship at Masaryk University in Brno, and quantitative research, in which students of the same field will participate.
