V diplomové práci jsem se zabývala demografickým stárnutím a jeho vlivem na důchodový systém. První kapitola obsahuje základní pojmy a druhy demografického stárnutí. V druhé a třetí kapitole je popsán vývoj populace před a po roce 1989. V další kapitole je popsán budoucí vývoj populace na základě Projekce 2009.
