Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozpočtovými pravidly krajů v ČR. Cílem práce je zhodnotit reflexi nové legislativy dle požadavků EU v podmínkách rozpočtového procesu krajské samosprávy. Práce proto zkoumá rozpočtová pravidla vybraných krajů a hodnotí jejich kvalitu a návaznost na tuto legislativu. První kapitola se zabývá teoreticko-legislativním rámcem problematiky. Abstract:
The bachelor work deals with the budget rules of the Czech Republic regions. The main goal is to evaluate impacts of the EU legislation on these rules. The work therefore examines budget rules of selected regions and evaluates their quality and link to this legislation. The first chapter deals with the theoretical-legislative principles.
