Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení controllingu likvidity a cash flow v konkrétním podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty základní poznatky týkající se controllingu likvidity a cash flow z aktuálních zdrojů a doporučení odborníků na controlling a finanční řízení podniku. Abstract:
The proposed diploma thesis is focused on the improvement of liquidity, controlling and cash flow in a particular company. The theoretical part sums up the basic knowledge concerning the focus from the up-to-date sources and recommendation of experts and the company's financial management.
