Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl porovnání praktičnosti základních variant ukončení účasti v s. r. o. z hlediska administrativní, finanční a daňové náročnosti pro společnost s r. o. a společníka, který se rozhodl svoji účast ve společnosti ukončit.
Abstract:
This work propose comparison pragmatism basic variants termination attendance at s. r. o. behind continuation companies in light of administrative, financial and tax helfiness for s. r. o. and company, which arbitrated its attendance in company finish.
