Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem pasivního vzorkovače opatřeného difúzní vrstvou agarózového hydrogelu pro monitorování polárních kontaminujících látek v povrchových i odpadních vodách. Experimentální část práce je zaměřena zejména na laboratorní kalibraci nově navrženého prototypu vzorkovače na bázi adsorbentu dispergovaného v agarózovém hydrogelu. This thesis is focused on optimisation of a passive sampler fitted with a diffusion agarose hydrogel layer for monitoring of polar organic pollutants in surface and waste waters.
