Biogenic amines in beer, gained from concrete supplier.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou biogenních aminů v metabolizmu člověka, vznikem a výskytem v rostlinných a živočišných produktech a toxikologickými aspekty pro člověka. Dále se v této práci stanovují vybrané biogenní aminy (histamin, tyramin, putrescin, kada-verin, agmatin, spermidin a spermin) v lahvových pivech od producenta na území ČR.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the role of biogenic amines in human metabolism, formation and occurrence in plant and animal products, and toxicological aspects of humans. Furthermore, in this work provide selected biogenic amines (histamine, tyramine, putrescine, cadaverine, agmatine, spermidine and spermine) in bottled beers from a producer in the CR.
