Crisis Intervencion provided by the Police of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou krizové intervence poskytované Policií České republiky. Jejím cílem je zmapovat poskytování služeb krizové intervence na území Libereckého kraje v období let 2011 2013 a zjistit připravenost krizových interventů P ČR pro tuto službu a to, jak oni sami vnímají poskytování krizové intervence a zda mají požadavky na zvýšení své odbornosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část bakalářské práce je teoretická, kdy informace byly čerpány převážně z odborné literatury. Tato část přináší základní informace o Policii České republiky, zejména o oddělení psychologických pracovišť, vysvětluje základní pojmy, se kterými se v procesu krizové intervence nejčastěji setkáváme. Druhá empirická část bakalářské práce je částí průzkumnou. Předmětem zkoumání jsou krizové intervence, které byly poskytnuty na území Libereckého kraje v letech 2011-2013 a jejich skladba. Potřebná data byla čerpána ze statistik P ČR. Dále empirická část předkládané práce zjišťuje jaká je připravenost krizových interventů P ČR pro tuto službu a to, jak oni sami vnímají poskytování krizové intervence a zda mají požadavky na zvýšení své odbornosti. Odpovědi na tyto otázky byly získány z písemného anonymního dotazníku, který byl předložen krizovým interventům Libereckého kraje. Zjištěné poznatky jsou použity v závěru bakalářské práce v navrhovaných opatřeních. Za největší přínos této práce je možno považovat, že výsledky provedeného empirického šetření by mohly sloužit jako návrh ke zlepšení stávající situace u P ČR na poli poskytování krizové intervence jak ze strany příjemců, tak ze strany poskytovatelů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with problems of the crisis intervention provided by the Police of the Czech Republic. The purpose is map the provision of services of the crisis intervention in the Liberec Region in the period 2011 2013 and determines readiness crisis interventionists of the P CR for this service and how they perceive to provide crisis intervention and whether they have demands to increase their expertise. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the bachelor thesis is theoretical, when the information was drawn mainly from professional literature. This part provides basic information on the Police of the Czech Republic in particular on department of psychological workplace, explains the basic terms which are in the process of crisis intervention most commonly encountered. The second empirical part of the bachelor thesis is a part of exploratory. The research is focused crisis interventions, which were provided in the Liberec Region in the years 2011-2013 and their composition. The required dates were drawn from the statistics of the Police of the Czech Republic. Further empirical part of the thesis determines how the crisis interventionists of the Police of the Czech Republic are ready for this service and how they perceive to provide crisis intervention and whether they have demands to increase their expertise. Answers to these questions were obtained from an anonymous written questionnaire, which was submitted to crisis interventionists Liberec Region. The discovered knowledge is used in the final part of the bachelor thesis in the proposed measures. The greatest contribution of this thesis is to may be considered that the results of empirical investigation could serve as a proposal to better situation in the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of crisis intervention from the perspective of the beneficiaries and providers.
