Vybrané gastronomické festivaly v ČR

Selected food festivals in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá pěti gastronomickými festivaly z celé České republiky - Prague Food Festivalem, Grand Restaurant Festivalem, festivalem Foodparade, Food Festivalem Karlovy Vary a Gastrotour České Budějovice. Cílem práce je podrobně analyzovat každý z uvedených festivalů a určit jejich shodné a rozdílné znaky. Součástí praktické části jsou rozhovory s vybranými osobnostmi z oboru.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with five food festivals from the whole Czech Republic -- Prague Food Festival, Grand Restaurant Festival, Foodparade, Food Festival Karlovy Vary and Gastrotour České Budějovice. The aim of the thesis is to analyse each of the named festival and to define its identical and different features. The practical part includes interviews with experts.
