Predložená bakalárska práca poskyne stručný prehľad o medzinárodných investíciách a o spôsoboch riešenia sporov z medzinárodných investícií. Práca je rozdelená na dve hlavné časti na teoretickú a analytickú časť, ktoré sú ďalej delené do niekoľkých kapitol.
