Hlavním tématem práce je analýza voleb a složení obecního výboru tří českých olomouckých předměstí v letech 1885-1919. Činnost zastupitelů je zobrazena budováním obecní infrastruktury a v závěru každé kapitoly je nastíněna jejich účast na spolkovém životě v obci. The main theme of this thesis is the analysis of the election and composition of the local committee of three Czech Olomouc´s suburbs in the years 1885-1919. The aktivity of the representatives is represented by building of the communal infrastructure and finally is outlines their participation in the federal community life.
