Corporate culture in a time of change

Abstract:

Firemní kultura je nedílnou součástí každé velké firmy, ale měla by být i neodmyslitelnou součástí malé firmy. Aby byla firma úspěšná, musí si vedení firmy i manažeři uvědomit, jak velice je důležité, aby byla řešena problematika realizace změn. Firemní kultura odráží profesionalitu firmy, hodnoty, které firma uznává. Nedílnou součástí jsou zaměstnanci firmy a manažeři, kteří je umí vést. Zaměstnanci potřebují vědět, kam firma směřuje a jakou má budoucnost. Bez kvalitních zaměstnanců by firmy nemohly existovat. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit do jaké míry je na realizaci změny firemní kultury připraveno oddělení Správy zákaznické dokumentace, technického úseku, ekonomického úseku a v neposlední řadě zaměstnanců firmy FADEZ s.r.o.. Ztotožnění se všech zaměstnanců včetně zaměstnanců oddělení, ekonomického a technického úseku s novou firemní kulturou a mírou identifikace sloučení s další pobočkou. Jakým způsobem se projeví přijetí a realizace nové firemní kultury, změna názvu firmy a změna loga firmy ve zvýšenosti spokojenosti zaměstnanců a zákazníků sledované firmy.

Abstract:

Company culture is an integral part of every large company, but it should also be an inseparable part of a small company. The company management and managers must realize, for its success, how important is to resolve issues concerning realization of changes. Company culture reflects company’s professionalism, recognized norms and values in the company. The employees and the managers, who know how to organize the work and guide the employees, are both the integral parts of the company. The employees need to know, where the company is going and what its future will be. Companies without quality employees cannot exist. The target of my diploma thesis was to find to what extent is the department Administration of customers‘ documentation, technical department, economy department and last but not least employees of company FADEZ s.r.o.. Ready for the realization of changes in the company culture. Next goal was to scrutinize if all employees including employees in economy and technical departments identified with the new company culture and to find out the extent of the identifying with merging another branch. What way the acceptation and realization of the new company culture, change of the company name and company logo will be reflected on the rise of mentioned company employees and customers‘ satisfaction.
