Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním produktů českého hypotečního bankovnictví z hlediska výhodnosti pro klienta pomocí vícekriteriálního rozhodování a hodnocení variant. V první části je popsána historie a vývoj hypotečního bankovnictví, následně je charakterizován hypoteční úvěr, jeho výhody i nevýhody. Druhá část se věnuje tématu vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Je zde popsána analýza a hodnocení variant, rozdělení kritérií, dále jsou popsány vybrané metody stanovení vah kritérií a metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Závěr této části popisuje webovou aplikaci, která byla vytvořena v rámci zadání diplomové práce. Následuje praktická část, kde jsou vypočteny příklady vícekriteriálního rozhodování nejprve tabulkovým procesorem a následně pomocí aplikace. Úplný závěr této práce se věnuje porovnání výsledků vytvořené aplikace s online kalkulátory hypotečních úvěrů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis compares Czech products of loan banking at the point of profitability for clients by multi-criteria making decision and evaluation of alternatives. The first part describes a history and an evolution in mortgage banking. Then is characterized the mortgage loan with its advantages and disadvantages. The second part deals with the multi-criteria decision making. There is described an analysis and evaluation of variants and also types of criterion. Further are described selected methods of determining the weights of criterion and selected methods of the multi-criteria decision making. The coclusion of this part describes the web application that was created within the task of the diploma thesis. The diploma thesis follows by a practical part. There was calculated some examples of multi-criteria decision making by a spreadsheet processor and then by created web application. The conclusion of this thesis deals with comparing of results of the web application and on-line mortgage loan calculators.
