Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na agresivitu pacientek vůči personálu na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení. V teoretické části je obecně popsána agrese a agresivita ve zdravotnických zařízeních, poslední kapitola se věnuje i agresivitě v českém zdravotnictví. This bachelor thesis is focused on aggressiveness of patients towards staff in gynecological and obstetrics department. In the theoretical part is generally described aggression and aggressiveness, last chapter is dedicated even to aggressiveness in Czech healthcare system.
