Bakalářská práce pod názvem Benešovy dekrety před vstupem České republiky do Evropské unie zkoumá Benešovy dekrety jako překážku pro přistoupení k EU. Abstract:
The thesis called Beneš-decrees and the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union focuses on the Beneš-decrees as a restriction of the accession to the EU. The thesis aims at verification of hypothesis which says that the Beneš-decrees could not be in contrary to EU law (acquis communautaire).
