Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem majetkového společenství manželů na českém území.První část práce je věnována vývoji v této oblasti do roku 1950.Další část popisuje majetkové společenství manželů za účinnosti zákona o právu rodinném a současného občanského zákoníku.Poslední část je věnovaná bududoucí právní úpravě.
Abstract:
This work is about the historical development of community of property in the Czech territory.At three main parts of this work is described devolepment during legal rehulations in Czech history - Civil code(1811),act of family(1949),Civil code(1964) and future Civil code.
