Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice sociálního zabezpečení osob samostatně výdělečně činných. Cílem práce je vysvětlit podstatu sociální politiky, charakterizovat systém sociálního zabezpečení, definovat osobu samostatně výdělečně činnou, její rozdělení a výkon samostatně výdělečné činnosti, popsat povinnosti osob samostatně výdělečně činných a sankce hrozící za jejich nesplnění. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of social security of self-employed persons. The aim of the thesis is to explain the essence of social policy, characterize the social security system, define a self-employed person, its division and performance of self-employed activity, describe the obligations of self-employed persons and sanctions for non-fulfillment.
