Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou recidivy jakožto negativního společenského jevu. Jejím cílem je provedení hlubší analýzy recidivy z pohledu práva, kriminologie a penologie. Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is to provide a thorough analysis of a negative social phenomenon – the recidivism. The thesis deals with the recidivism from the point of view of law, criminology and penology. The main section is devoted to the law analysis de lege lata, which also includes a comparative perspective of the czech former legislation and legislation in selected countries.
