Abstract:
Behaviour of 14 N-monosubstituted piperazine derivatives was studied by ion pair reversed-phase liquid chromatography. Separation conditions were studied by two-level two-factor full factorial plan. Chování 14 N-monosubstituovaných derivátů piperazinu bylo studováno pomocí iontově párové kapalinové chromatografie na obrácených fázích. Separační podmínky byly studovány dvoufaktorovým plným plánem na dvou hladinách. Pro každý z analytů byly stanoveny efekty faktorů a jejich interakce. Ze 14 analytů bylo 5 dostatečně rozlišeno.
