Abstract:

,,Tvorba učebních pomůcek pro výuku odborného předmětu? je tématem diplomové práce. V teoretické části se v úvodu zabývám zdůvodněním výběru tohoto tématu. Následně nastiňuji výchovně vzdělávací proces, kdy popisuji jednotlivé edukační pojmy. V praktické části jsem provedla pedagogický výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření za účelem zmapování konkrétní situace a rozsahu znalosti žáků o moderních trendech v oblasti kávové kultury. V první fázi praktické části reaguji na výsledky výzkumu a následně tvořím učební pomůcky do výuky studijního oboru číšník ? servírka. Vypracovala jsem učební text, pracovní list a prezentace v programu MS PowerPoint na téma kávová kultura, které budou zařazeny do odborného předmětu stolničení. V druhé fázi výzkumu ověřuji účinnost učebních pomůcek v pedagogické praxi Střední školy. Na závěr pomocí výstupu z experimentu dokazuji osvědčení učebních pomůcek v reálném vyučovacím procesu.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is creating learning materials for vocational education course. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the giving reasons of investigating the topics. The educational process is discussed later on, together with the description of educational concepts. In the practical part, the educational investigation is carried out by means of the survey with the aim of mapping particular situations and the degree of students´ knowledge about modern trends in sphere of coffee culture. In the first phase of the practical part, the results of the survey are commented and the teaching aids used in waiter ? waitress field of study are provided. The study material, worksheet and the MS PowerPoint presentation on coffee culture are prepared and are ready to be included in the content of technical subject called table setting. In the second phase of the survey, the effectiveness of the teaching aids used teaching practice at the secondary school is verified. In conclusion, the results of the survey prove the sufficient use of the teaching aids in actual educational process.
