Aim of this work is to create the Monte Carlo simulation describing motion of electrons in an electrostatic field and monitor the appearance of high-energetic electrons. Abstract:
Cieľom tejto práce je vytvoriť Monte Carlo simuláciu, popisujúcu pohyb elektrónov v elektrostatickom poli a sledovať výskyt vysoko energetických elektrónov. V práci budú odvodené rovnice pre binárne zrážky, popísaný algoritmus Monte Carlo vrátane metódy prázdnych zrážok. Zároveň bude napísaný počítačový program a jeho činnosť overená porovnaním výstupných dát s inými zdrojmi.
