Impact of localization of economic entities in the selected location

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení dopadu lokalizace ekonomických subjektů v rámci pražské aglomerace a vybraných venkovských a periferních lokalit. Teoretická část diplomové práce zahrnuje kapitoly týkající se vymezení základních pojmů, nástroje regionální politiky, lokalizace, typologie regionů, celkový charakter regionů a regionální politika. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou zpracovány kapitoly týkající se socioekonomické analýzy jednotlivých zvolených regionů. Identifikace klíčových aspektů zkoumaných firem v závislosti na typu regionu a na dalších faktorech. Pro objektivizaci získaných poznatků z předchozích kapitol je provedeno doplňkové dotazníkové šetření a následně pak formulován závěr práce s uvedením hlavních poznatků, které byly při zpracování diplomové práce získány. V teoretické části byly použity odborné zdroje, které jsou uvedeny v seznamu použité literatury a v praktické části jsou jednotlivé kapitoly zpracovány na základě získaných poznatků.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the impact of the location of economic entities within the Prague agglomeration and selected rural and peripheral localities. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis includes chapters on the definition of basic concepts, tools of regional policy, localization, typology of regions, the overall nature of regions and regional policy. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, chapters concerning the socio-economic analysis of individual selected regions are elaborated. Identification of key aspects of the surveyed companies depending on the type of region and other factors. To objectify the knowledge gained from the previous chapters, an additional questionnaire survey is conducted and then the conclusion of the diploma thesis is formulated with the main findings that were obtained during the elaboration of the diploma thesis. In the theoretical part, professional sources were used, which are listed in the list of used literature, and in the practical part, the individual chapters are processed on the basis of the acquired knowledge.
