Correction of mistakes in land register file
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá možnostmi a způsoby provedení opravy chybných údajů katastru nemovitostí. Zejména se zabývá otázkou věcného provedení opravy chyby a v dané souvislosti i procesními postupy příslušných správních orgánů a soudů.
Abstract:
The thesis describes possibilities and kinds of corrections of incorrect data in the land register file. Above all the work considers the question of factual mistake correction and in the consequence the procedures of the relevant administrative bodies and courts.
