Abstract:
V diplomové práci se zabývám tématem sedace v intenzivní péči. Teoretická část práce je věnována vysvětlení účelu sedace, indikací, cílů i nežádoucích účinků, rozdělení hloubky sedace a metod hodnocení. Další část popisuje farmakologické i nefarmakologické strategie pro provedení sedace. This thesis deals with the theme of sedation in intensive care. The theoretical part is devoted to an explanation of the purpose of sedation, indications, targets and side effects, depth distribution of sedation and assessment methods.
