Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Pracovní motivace a její naplnění u zaměstnanců ve vybraném regionu“ se zabývá pracovní motivací zaměstnanců v Plzeňském kraji. Cílem je identifikovat motivační faktory, které se nejvíce podílejí na pracovní motivaci u zaměstnanců ve vybraném regionu a v kontextu změn na trhu práce zhodnotit jejich míru naplnění. Na základě výsledků navrhnout doporučení pro organizace působící v daném regionu. Data jsou získána z primárních dat v podobě dotazníkového šetření a sekundárních dat z Českého statistického úřadu, Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí, Eurostatu a totožně zaměřeného výzkumu provedeného v roce 2019. Analýza výsledků využila výstupy popisné a inferenční statistiky (t-testu a ANOVY). Práce se zabývá konkrétními motivačními faktory, u kterých je sledována důležitost pro zaměstnance a jejich spokojenost s faktorem v současném zaměstnání. Pozornost je věnována dominantním skupinám motivačních faktorů, zjištění významnosti skupin faktorů vnitřní a vnější motivace či celkové spokojenosti zaměstnanců v podniku. Analyzována je rovněž transformace pracovní motivace s ohledem na počet odpracovaných let v podniku. Prostřednictvím komparace jsou detailně zkoumány změny týkající se motivace před pandemií covid-19 v roce 2019 a v průběhu pandemie, v roce 2022. V rámci práce je zjištěno silné postavení skupiny vztahových faktorů či skupiny vnitřních motivačních faktorů. Pomocí indukce a syntézy jsou výsledky interpretovány a navržená nápravná opatření k eliminaci zjištěné nespokojenosti zaměstnanců a vedoucí k jejich zlepšení.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis "Work motivation and its fulfilment for employees in selected region" deals with work motivation of employees in Pilsen region. Aim is to identify motivating factors that most contributes on work motivation for employees in selected region and to evaluate their level of fulfilment in context of changes in the labour market. Based on results is aim of this thesis to propose recommendations for organizations operating in the region. Data for this thesis are obtained from primary data in the form of a questionnaire survey and secondary data from Czech statistical office, Ministry of labour, Ministry of social affairs, Eurostat and identically focused research conducted in 2019. Analysis of the results used the outputs of descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test and Anova). This thesis deals with specific motivational factors which are monitored for importance for employees and their satisfaction with the factor in the current job. Attention is paid to the dominant groups of motivational factors, finding out the significance of groups of factors of internal and external motivation or overall satisfaction of employees in the company. Transformation of work motivation with regard to the number of years worked in the company is also analysed. Comparison concerning the motivation before the covid-19 pandemic in 2019 and during the pandemic in 2022 is examined in detail. Within the thesis is found strong position of a group of relational factors or a group of internal motivational factors. With the help of induction and synthesis are interpreted results and corrective measures are proposed to eliminate the identified employee dissatisfaction which leads to their improvement.
