Tématem bakalářské práce je srovnání postavení sexuálních menšin v Ruské federaci a České republice. Výchozí myšlenkou pro zpracování tohoto tématu bylo přijetí ruského zákona zakazujícího „netradiční sexuální vztahy“, na jehož základě dochází k porušování práv ruského LGBT obyvatelstva. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on comparison of sexual minority social status between Russian Federation and Czech Republic. Main reason for working with this topic was the fact that Russia passed a federal law banning the „propaganda of non-traditional sexual relationships“ and on the basis of this anti-gay law RF violates human rights of LGBT inhabitants.
