Employee benefits and their influence on the payroll taxes of ELPRAMONT s.r.o.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozbor mezd ve firmě ELPRAMONT s.r.o. a varianty využití zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Podrobně rozebírá několik variant z hlediska jejich vlivu na náklady firmy a s odůvodněním předkládá nejefektivnější z těchto varianty.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the analysis of wages in the ELPRAMONT s.r.o. company and the use of employee benefits. It analyzes several alternatives in terms of their impact on business costs to detail and gives the most effective of these options with reasons.
