Anotácia:

To described selected parameters of lifestyle and health in sample of physical education students, and to formulated recommendations. The questionnaire methods were used for evaluation lifestyle parameters (nutrition, physical activity, alcohol consumption, and smoking habits) subjective health evaluation and occurrence of sport injuries. The sample consisted of 150 male / female students of Faculty of sport studies in Brno. The results and conclusion showed some difference between recommendation for health lifestyle and real situation in studied sample, mainly in nutrition, but even in physical activity and other evaluated parameters.
