Abstract:
Předkládaná práce se věnuje amnestii prezidenta V. Klause ze dne 1. 1. 2013 z pohledu převážně trestněprávního a ústavního. Po nezbytném teoretickém úvodu následuje historický exkurs, v jehož závěru jsou popsány společné rysy a významné odlišnosti amnestií vyhlášených na našem území od roku 1918. Abstract:
This thesis is focusing mostly on criminal and constitutional law aspects of czech president Vaclav Klaus` amnesty from January 1st of 2013. After the necessary theoretical introduction it focuses on historical excursion which includes similarities and distinct differences among all amnesties in Czech lands since 1918.
