Evaluation of a Selected Companies from the Perspective of Economy and Management with Emphasis on Social Responsibility Issues

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá konceptem Corporate Social Responsibility, který je v poslední době velmi důležitou oblastí, jejíž implementace je od velkých korporací a nadnárodních firem vyžadována. Aktivity v této oblasti napomáhají společnosti získávat důvěru zákazníků, kontinuálně růst a zachovat trvalou udržitelnost přírody i společnosti pro další generace. Tato práce se zabývá analýzou pěti velkých korporací a toho, jakým způsobem implementují do své činnosti jednotlivé pilíře CSR. Cílem práce je zhodnotit míru aplikace CSR ve vybraných společnostech a určit další možnosti aplikace tohoto konceptu. Práce je teoretickým i praktickým průnikem do této oblasti, jejíž důležitost bude v budoucnu nadále růst.

Abstract:

The work deals with the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, which has recently been a very important are, whose implementation is required from large corporations and multinational companies. Activities in this area help the company gain customer trust, continuously grow and maintain the sustainability of nature and society for generations to come. The work deals with the analysis of five large corporations and how they implement the various pillars of CSR in their activities. The aim of the work is to evaluate the csr application rate in selected companies and to identify other application options for this concept. The work is both theoretical and practical intrusion into this area, the importance of which will continue to grow in the future.
